  • Sold per language (each language requires separate purchase)

3. Purchasing Terms

Language Selection

IMPORTANT: Each purchase includes ONE language version only. The language you select at checkout will be permanently locked to your account. You cannot change or exchange the language after purchase.

Pricing

Prices are displayed in the site's base currency (USD) for all language versions. Selecting a PDF language does not change the site language or currency. All prices include applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.

4. NO REFUND POLICY

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE PROVIDED.

Due to the digital nature of our products and the immediate delivery upon purchase, we do not offer refunds under any circumstances. By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to this no-refund policy.

This includes but is not limited to:

  • Selecting the wrong language
  • Change of mind
  • Not reading the product before purchase
  • Technical issues on your end
  • Duplicate purchases

5. Account Terms

When you create an account, you agree to:

License Grant

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

  • Download and store the purchased e-book for personal use
  • Read the content on your personal devices

Restrictions

You may NOT:

  • Share, distribute, or resell the content
  • Modify or create derivative works
  • Remove any copyright notices
  • Use the content for commercial purposes

7. Download Terms

After purchase:

  • You will have access to download your e-book from your account dashboard
  • Download links are secured and tied to your account
  • You may download the file multiple times for personal backup

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EmpowerMindGlobal shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our products or services.

9. Disclaimer

Our e-books are for informational purposes only. Results may vary. We make no guarantees about the outcomes you may achieve by using our content.
